Would this be the right size to fit a little boy in kindergarten? I dont have children myself, its for my nephew. His mom says he is size 7 shrt, 7/8 pants and 3 shoes? I was thinking he will be going into a 4 shoe soon, or are these shoes for an older boy?

Hi, yes it would be. The only other size 3 is a toddler 1-2 years old. I can measure the length if that would help. Let me know...Thanks :)
