This is a gorgeous black chiffon layered short dress.

It is new with tags!

It is lightweight and because of the higher waist on it, it is super slimming!

There is a button closure at the back of the neck. The back zips up also to making putting it on and taking it off easier.
There is padding in the chest area so no bra needed!

It comes in a size medium.
Length: 35" - Bust: 37 3/4" - Waist (natural): 26 3/4"

I think it would get there before then but I'm not sure what the dress is worth, that's why I didn't do a gin.

After getting your comment I decided to try the dress on because I had the suspicion that it may run small. I'm glad I did. I'm a size 4 and it fit me just slightly loose even though the tags say a medium 8.

Actually, if you check out the "update" i say that i tried it on because i didn't think it really looked like a medium and it runs small. I am a size small or a 4 and it fit me nicely.
