Preowned. Made from lightweight steel. This item is cheaply made. Placing lots of clothing on it will make it topple over. The way I remedied that problem was by placing heavy items on the base to make it more bottom heavy and stable. When I moved it into a bigger room, I tied both sides to some chrome standalone shelves I have, which made it look like a closet setup. I have taken it apart so that it is ready to package in case it has a winner. I don't have the wheels that come with it since I have carpet and the wheels were pretty useless to me. I must have thrown them away a few months ago because I can't seem to find them.
