I agree 100% (*_*) Also, I can assure you they really do germinate and grow with amazing speed! Just tickles me to check in on them each day. The ones around 12" look like little Bonsai trees.

I've got them planted under just about every condition-and those with full sun seem to grow about 2-3X faster and are much happier than those in the shade which are healthy but lacking any super growth abilities. But then they are a Mid-Eastern plant so it makes sense they would thrive in full sun :)

Thank You ~ Was wondering do you just eat the flower, stem & leaves as it grows. as a tea would you steap all parts?

ooowee...all the methods for consuming this entire plant are almost endless. I read one tasty sounding recipe for rolling the flowers in flour and deep-frying them. Or eat them raw from the tree or add to your salads. Same with the leaves-just think spinach leaves and 'everything' you can do with them you can do with these leaves...i.e...raw, cooked, baked, stir fired, add to spaghetti or pizza etc. The seeds, which look like large Macadamia nut's but taste like pecan's (to me, anyway) can be eaten raw, baked, roasted and added to foods and salads. As for the tea...you brew the bark! The only area with the least amount of research is the roots, which traditionally are used for medicinal purposes, so I do not advise nor recommend their use without further study.
