This is a Kennedy half dollar bicentenial coin minted in 1976 to celebrate 200 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. the Obverse features a bust of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, with the dates 1776*1976 below the "In God we trust" motto. The reverse features Independence Hall, where the founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence. A great coin!!
