it was on a plan but all you gatta do is get a sim card for it and its good to go!

its not unlocked but im sure if you get it unlocked it will work with other companies

all you have to do to get a celphone unlocked is either call the celphone company that this is through or try and get an unlock code from off of the internet. I just unlocked a Samung Flight (through At&t) by calling my provider and gave it to my Mother who is on TMobile! Its actually very easy and simple to do. Most of the newer phones like this one are able to be unlocked.
