The listing, HP photosmart M447 digital camera has ended.

this camera does not currently work, i can't get it to go past the screen that is in the second pic, so i can't take any pics with it, i'm not sure what is wrong with it, but would be a great camera if you know how to fix them. it does have a crack in the battery compartment door, but it still holds the batteries in and stays shut, it also has a crack near the top of the camera on the back as shown in pic 4. other than that it seems to be in pretty good shape.
