wooooo theres a ton of ingredients in there that would break me out, Its not pure like I said its got tons of fillers like almost anything you can buy in the store. I havent tried one, that maybe it would work for someone so I cant recommend it fro healing ance like this did. often theres good things in products but theres so many other ingredients in it that cause break outs.

i really wonder if i didnt get mercury fillings, it is about the same time that I got my first break out, sadly that day is sooo clear, so i wonder if i never would have broken out wo them. Mercury has been directly linked to acne and many many other health problems... its toxic. as soon as I can afford it im getting them out.

the clay has an ionic charge and which is how it draws out heavy metals and toxins. it contains 60 minerals too. If you put it on thick you will actually feel it work, your face will pulsate. It will also leave yoi I would do a thick mask maybe once or two a week at most, a thin mask draws out toxins as well without the intense pull which maybe better for sensitive skin. oh no not at all. I just wanted to make clear this is nOt the sAme at that. I dont want to recommend anything that I think would make someone break out more.

This is pure clay, to mix your own fresh mask. no fillers or chemicals or stuff to make stay wet to last long on a shelf.

38-48 is pricy but ive paid way more for their other stuff like dr brant....nice thing about sephora is samples, sometimes it gives you an idea on if it'll work or not. of course they told me I need to use it for months before really seeing a change.

I finally learned the hard way to try lotions in one spot and see how the skin behaves in that spot, usually youll see in in 2-3 days if it causes a break out. I tried clinques dark spot remover that way. i put it on two sun spots above my lip and poof next day little pimples in those two spots.

I liked the black mask more cause it was fun to peel off but I really didn't see anything happen with it, i was hoping itd be like a big biore strip and see all those little seeds come out but nope.

I tried the retnoid pads (bought two boxes at 70$) I like the feel of it, it smells nice. good news is it didn't cause a break out but I didn't see any new effect on sun spots after 3 months.

I bought so many things based on packaging and if it smells nice rather than how much it works.

i always try my best to get things with NO fragrance or extra alcohols, cause it's an easy way to make your face mess up! well, for me anyway.....like i said, VERY sensitive skin on my part.....even too much water on my face in the shower use to make my face red and irritate it without cleansers or anything! i think i have the most sensitive skin i have ever seen in my entire LIFE! and i'm tired of being a guinea pig to trials and tests and harsh facial treatments! watching! :D

There so many ways you can mix this mask, you could add peppermint oil, rosemary oil etc but I sugget just use water because I know it's works. If you strt adding things that you don't know how your skin reacts too it could work for one person but not another. Use it just with water and after you are healing than maybe experiment but just try in a spot or two and see how your face reacts. As you heal you'll notice more and more of what you thought were pimples are actually old scars. Those take longer to heal.

I thing is better to use this extra ingrients seperatily. Everytime I experiemented with a new sephora sample I knew I had this to fall back on if I broke out.

People have mixed clay w: grapefruit juice, apple cider vinager, essential oils

I have tried these too but it feels like it works best and last longer w pure water or a little bit of h2o2 for spot treatments :)

defintily check your diet (take out anything hydrogenated, corn syrup and propolyene glycol) its a good place to start and taking mega does of vitamin b 5 helps with hormonal breakouts big time.

all acne is, is a reaction to something toxic inside or outside your body. Its doing its job.

ive been pretty harsh to my skin tring everything for for clear skin, peels, anythingyou can name in sephora ive tired it, skin md, murad, philsophy, Ive even ben in studys for new drugs and birth control. thee worse thing I ever did cause it messes up your whole body not just temp but that messes up your hormones for life.

You can see my before what pretty bad (always looks worse than it feels) but no make up can cover bumps and on top of that make up no matter what they say does clog pore and makes you break out too. Even my last favorite bare minerals. So frustrating. It's just so many thing can through your skin out of balance. Finally my face is smoother but as I healed i notice most of what Id pick at thinking it was a pimple was old acne scars. Ugh I wish I had this years ago Id never have to go through all that.

i just tried a new skin thing called skin rx its suppose to remove dark spots. i got uneven spots from a glycolic acid peel a year ago, they arent a big deal but they bug me cause i never had sun spots before... skin rx comes in a gell form... just in casue anyone w sensitive skin wants to know I did a patch test yesterday. and today I totally see it caused a mini break out in that spot. I've got my clay on it now to get rid of um :)

alot of people break out because the stuff used in cosmetics to kept it shelf worthy, the base, is clogging and your body knows it doesn't belong there. If you can find the main ingredient and just use that you're find your skin balances out and doesn't get so upset. check out any acne set and you'll find it has to be set in a gel, lotion or cream base. usually its a set of three items and ones a lotion. ones a gel and ones a cream. The active ingredient may sink in but the residue stays on your skin.

If you you're not suppose to eat it, don't put it on your skin!

more poor face is a testing ground. Just in case anyone needs a moisturizer I bought pure vegetable glycerine, ive been testing it on my nose, no break out at all!

its Super hydrating you need very little so a bottle will last you forever. its good for cleansing too, i rubbed it in (gently of course) and any little new black heads roll out (you can feel um like tiny seeds) gross :p but oh so satisfying to get those little hard to get buggers out.

Its a great lip gloss too and tastes good

i see people everyday with huge painful looking bumps and I wish I could tell um all but I think they'd feel terribly offended and hurt. Im sure I would be. I know I was hurt when people said try proactiv and One they never had acne before they just saw the stupid commericals, and too they assumed I hadnt already tried it :((
