i bought this phone in feb of 2013 from Radio Shack, never had any issues with it until the weather became hot, in May of this year. It's AT&T .
Issues: some things like keypads for texting and phone
1 ) top line would work, second line wouldn't,third line would
2 ) numbers, 1-6 would 7-0 wouldn't
does get hot. now it's my understanding that this could be fixed, my year was up on the warranty not informed on that
All contacts are removed , photos are removed "DELETED"
I REALLY LIKED THIS PHONE until the issues.I have a IPHONE so it's your choice. parts or fixing it
battery could be the issue?, comes with charger
in short this phone works when it wants too...lol

always open for a GIN
SIM card is needed!!
