The parts and cards are of normal size. The box they come in is small.

okay, a little research tells us this item is missing the original playing pieces. original version had 8 metal playing pieces. Clearly this item is missing all eight of them. The chance and community cards are not original or from this edition but from a later version of the game.

okay - a little bit more research uncovers two different versions of this game - one with the metal pieces and one with the wooden.
