i always buy boot 1/2 size or a full size too big. They fit better that way. These I bought a full size too small which i thought that i could deal with because they look so great. they hurt my feet too much especially because after my third child (shes 10 weeks old) my feet are bigger.
So short answer is that i think they run true to size but again most people buy boots in a larger size.
