I have these as well, already planted in dirt. Mine is taking a little big of time to get larger. Is your plant all one, or is it made up of several individual clippings? And, have you seen yours blossom. Thank you if you can give me any information :)

I have several in planters and the flowers you see is from the mother plant and I took those photo's myself. You may need to put in a bigger pot and stick a whole ripe banana under the dirt for potassium.
Where do you have yours growing...give me details and maybe I can help.
They like more water than I thought especially now in summer...not full sun...are doing great on my screened in back porch..also under a filtered overhead covering our sidewalk. They love it out in the humidity.
Hope this helps...Vicky

This is an out door / in door plant. They will grow as big as the container they are in.I have mine on a screened in patio and outside In Texas...Florida
They will grow in doors as well but need a sunny room not direct sun and mist once in awhile in between watering.
Start it outside until fall/winter and then bring it inside until spring.
