I do not really know.... I think that is Italy they are legitimate. I bought them in a ( REALLY BIG ) cd store across Termini Station in Rome , Italy , in the late 90's .
I do not know the "behind the scenes" of them.... but they are rare , I did not see them in local Malls in Florida.
