The necklace measures 3" X 3" and the knife is 2.5 " long. This product has never been worn or used and has not been out of the box but to take the pictures above. Is Brand Spanking New :-D

I had a one like this (not this one exactly, but it was a similar necklace/knife) which I wore for a few years, only pulled the knife out occasionally to show people and it never came out by itself. This looks to be of the same kind, so I would say it will stay in indefinitely until you pull it out :-D
