Hi basedschalkelel, free shipping means the seller pays for the shipping of buyers winnings. I have been out of almost 250.00 in two months for shipping and handling. If the buyer pays for shipping and handling it is best to use Paypal to make sure the seller and buyer are protected. I have been the buyer and three times I paid up to 8.00 for shipping and handling and low as 5.99, so I am not understanding why you ask why not ship to Canada free shipping, it cost.
