If the auction is lower than 20k credits, you will re-list the auction? I am a bit confused. According to Listia rules, once someone bids and has successfully won (even under 20k) you can't simply say no to the winner and re-list it. You have to send it to them because they won.

That is against Listia rules. Once you list an auction, you agree to follow through and ship out to the winner regardless of "who" wins or "how many" credits you get.
