I am a 'drama girl' when it comes to mascara, so Too Faced, imo, wins out of these choices...however, tarte's is amazing too, for me, I would go with Too Faced or Tarte....
For Budget mascara's, elf's Volumizing ($2) is a good one for lengthening & defining,,,,their Studio Eye Enhancer ($3) is probably their best mascara...and NYC's 'Sky Rise Lengthening' ($2) is really good too ....good luck if you decide to bid :)

Ohhhh I should take both of these, Seohoras about 10-15min., but I "DO NOT ALLOW" myself there!!!!!! I spend wayyyyyy too much if I do ho in there, so I stay away lol
im loving ms Manga too, I was already in LOVE with L'Oréals Voluminous Carbon Black, its quick, easy, and my lashes go ××WOW××,
