He has the battery pack under the velcro and holds 3 AA batteries, push his tummy and he says/sings all sorts of things- Good too- NOT jumbled or quiet.....He is supposed to look "distress" like this for a cute almost vintage look. He is odor free in GOOD Condition! Approx 12" tall
