what are they on because i just got a beaded stretchy bracelet for my niece, should have been sent in bubble wrap, padded envelope and the envelope it comes in has a hole, the beads falling out everywhere there is an elastic tied which is broken and so just wondering how you ship and is it a stretchy material? elastic? my favorite color very pretty
