You will receive 2 crystal ear pendants which fasten to the ear with a wire cuff; no piercing necessary. Another is an ear pendant made from a real ruby drop. Lastly, you will receive 2 non-pierced ear hoops made from 18 gauge silverplated wire. I won these off Listia from a lady that makes her own jewelry. I will list her sites in the first comment bubble below. Paypal accepted!
