Very sparkly! the gold ones have a small gold flower for decoration and the silver ones sport a large silver bow. The gold and silver ones are metal, they twist and feel like springs in your hands. The last one is a heavy metal bracelet made of twisted strands. The ends are capped in gold with 3 sparkly rhinestones in each cap.
