This is a very sweet ANTIQUE CHILDS BOOK!

"Merry Holiday Story Book"

I see no copyright date, but there is an inscription on the inside cover dated 1919.

McLoughlin Brothers, New York publishers.

Various stories include: SONG OF THE BROOK ~ FOUR CITY CHILDREN ~ Impatient Peter ~ Fleet and his master ~ A SEA YARN ~ THE COW BOY'S SONG ~ Twelve Baskets Of Flowers ~ plus several others.

Book is very sweetly illustrated throughout!

Nice overall condition for its age and use. Covers are mostly tight. Binding is somewhat loose as shown in the second picture. No missing pages. No musty odors. ** That is not a spot on the cover.....only the camera glare :)

Are there any pages missing? How many pages are there? Any damage?

There are no missing pages. There are 32 pages (not numbered). The book is not in excellent condition as it is almost 100 years old. The pages are all together. The binding is loose. The graphics on the front cover is all intact. There is a little worn area on the front cover towards the bottom (which you should be able to see in the picture). There are no musty odors. There are no pen/pencil/crayon marks on the pages. I would say this is not the book for a 'serious' book collector who wants pristine condition. This is a well-loved antique book that will be sweet to read and great to display :-) I hope I answered your questions ok.
