Neopets Electronic Talking Shoyru. It's a 5 inch figure that talks and moves a bit. It needs batteries. Worked fine last time I had him going.

Will not lower start price. Will cost at least $3 to ship.

I gave it a try. They have they added a lot. I'm honestly excited its still has the (sorta) same design it had when I played. They have improved a lot. I have already joined a guild and I think I'm getting back into it :). I am watching and probably bidding on your item!
