Nice ! you can see the brand on the base of the truck, and compare it to a hotwheels to see if its a 1:64 scale, 1:64 scale are around 2 to 3 inches long

No. HF-434 and 1948 Task Master are printed on the bottom. This is 3 and 1/2 " long. 1999 READERS DIGEST Collectible (1948) TASK MASTER FIRE I found this-so it is collectible.
