This is a used set. Minimal wear. Does have a spot in lining that is ripped. It is at the seam so not ripped looking. Measures 17x17 and strap drop is 10. Very vibrant colors. I used this for two summer vacations. Versatile as a purse/beach bag.

I will check. It is a very supple leather or leather like material. I paid over 100.00 for it new. It could be leather.
