its actually a medium but its too small for my medium to small dog. hope that helps. I'll get the measurements for you.

Austin is here in Minnesota...He could sure use this in Winter He is A long hair chihuahua. I have been looking for a coat for him with sleeves. I can't tell if this is blue, black ,or gray.
