i dont know that it only costs 1.10 since i sent something small a week ago and
it was about $7 (I totally undercharged for shipping)
and this is a big folder of stamps ...i can put in canada exact shipping and then get a quote at the post office let me know if that works for you

Nice set. Mailing it to Canada costs 4 or 5 times more than regular ($1.10) envelope, since size is n9t standard.
