The listing, Apple Bluetooth Headset A-68 has ended.

I got this off here it said new unused I got it and charged it and never used it but it works the only thing is the earhook in pic is broken u can get replacement ear hooks online a lot of websites carry for not much money at all it takes the large ones not small i ordered the smalll they won't fit it but u can use just fine without ear hooks not necessary just more secure since the earpiece fits secure without earhook
