How wide is it across the middle?

Sorry for the delay! The dress is approx 14 in across it however has a tie in the back and is made of a stretchy material. It can be adjustable for either way :)

The length from the mid-line is approx. 21 in. I'm 5'3 and it goes about 3 in above my knee!
