Medical ID Band, light blue, ages 5 and up. Made of silicon (think really thick awareness bracelet) Comes with stickers and medical ID card, also has tabs on the band for common things like allergy or diabetic and you can customize tabs too. Yours is new in package, but I did take pictures of one I bought myself so you could get the idea. Shipping is free in US

Sorry to hear about your son, I bet this bracelet would be perfect. My daughter has cerebral palsy and many problems associated with it, she is 6 but super tiny and it fits her perfectly, its adjustable so you can make it pretty small if need be.
