New in box digital binocular camera, made by Takashi.

Box states:

**Full-function binoculars - 8X22 compact binoculars ideal for travel, concerts, sporting events and more.
**Built-in digital camera - With 8MB of photo storage, you can capture and store up to 160 photos in a single session.
**Photo Software CD-ROM - NOT INCLUDED
**USB Connectivity - Connects easily to your PC via USB cable (included).

Everything is included except the photo software CD. But I'm sure you can use whatever photo software you already have on your computer. Or possibly find it online.

This is from my mother's estate, and I doubt she ever used it.
