The condition is alright it has some scratches but it's barely noticeable :)
The back of the card is a different color then the other cards it's red

This is the Slifer the Sky Dragon from the first Legendary Collection. As far as it being real, yes however it is not tournament legal. There are other versions that are.

The back does not have yugioh trade marks though. It may be fake.
