You can only tell that they were worn by the sole.
Uppers are like new. The white is white. There is no yellowing or discoloration.

These are boys teen size not toddler size

I don't know for sure but usually Nikes fit true to size. New Balance sneakers fit one size too small. I have sold about 12 pairs in this size and no one complained about the size.
