I am not sure, I would say yes though because I am a 34C and there is a lot of material left to cover more up.

How shear is it??? Every white summer dress I've bought lately was been so see thru it's become a swimming suit cover up :( I refuse to wear a slip with a summer dress!!! Totally defeats the purpose, right?!? Lol thank you!!! F&W

It is not see through at all. The skirt is two layers if a light fabric and I have worn lighter colored bras with it with no problems.

No rips and if look very closely where the material would be at your underarms it's slightly discolored, but barley. I only wore it twice.
