This is a variegated Century plant that grows to only about 2-3 feet around and tall.
Pardon the weeds as my landscaper ME hasn't weeded lately:-)
They give off babies from the roots so once established you will get more. The large first plant is about 5 years old.
They need sandy well draining soil in full to part sun. Watering is almost never needed as they can survive with the moisture in the air. If in a very dry desert type arid place please water once a week at least.
Protect from freezing. they will survive a light frost but not for more than a few days. Cover or plant in a pot if growing in northern regions where it snows and you have long periods of below freezing weather.
