The listing, Wet Seal "SKATER" dress - Juniors Large. Really cute has ended.

NEW NEVER WORN. Juniors Large. Just not my style. Cute material (see 3rd pic). Also, I am not sure if I received a damaged one or if the neckline is supposed to look "distressed". I assure you that it was NEVER worn. Stored on a hanger for the winter (I bought it last fall thinking it may be a good dress for a family reunion but it looked horrible on me).
