Like new used a month works perfect just bought one with new service so no longer need this one seller will pay exact shipping. Pay pal only for payment, no refunds, no buyers remores, and it is a 16.99 flat rate which covers shipping and fuel from middle of nowhere to post office. If you do not agree to these terms dont bid otherwise Good luck and start bidding!

I am sorry the winner has to pay shipping not seller if this is a problem credits can be refunded! I am unsure why this says seller pays shipping it is supposed to mean winner pays exact shipping however the description did not reflect that. The winner is to pay a flat rate of $16.99 to seller's pay pal account upon winning the auction and then the item will be shipped once a verified shipping address and shipping payment is received! The 16.99 flat rate pays not only for shipping but the fuel it takes for seller to get from the middle of nowhere to the post office and back. I am sorry for the confusion and again if this is a problem I can refund your credits and change and realist this item! Thanks!

ok you have to send in a request on your end for a refund and I will accept it sorry for the confusion and I am removing and fixing this list right away it did state on the side of the listing that winner pays exact shipping just for the record. However again I am very, very sorry!
