We got this set in 2012, opened the box the day it arrived and it’s been sitting ever since with the many others we've purchased over the years. My husband had back surgery for the 3rd time so we thought we would hold onto everything until he was back to his old self but this time he had metal put in and it's changed him permanently. His doctor said no more surgeries and working out like we used to is to.This workout program was nothing that we thought it was anyway so we never would have used it.

Body Beast is strictly for body building. It’s not a program focused on getting in shape it’s about getting bigger muscles. BODY BUILDING!
