no manual , has charging option or batteries , but i have no cord for it !,,

it has built in mic. ,,no usb ,, 'pc-i/f ' port ,,,no cord though .

yes , also has voice and music mode, it's asmaller than a pack of cigarrettes, , earphone port ,, sensitivity modes , ( ie. ' conferencs or dictation modes ' ) hold button , lock/power button, etc.

not quite sure ,, google ( olympus , dm-1 instruction manual ) it will give all specs for this device ( which i'm finding is a remarkable device and i'm starting to wish i kept it , haha )
