This is circa 1992. There are no autographs or costume cards in this set.

I was under the imprestion that autographs and costume where in this set thats what the sales person told me told when i got the box of cards

Well the sales person lied. Costume cards and autographs guaranteed in every box didn't come about until the late 1990's. This particular issue did have some chase cards like holograms, but nothing of great value. Still, they're pretty cool cards.
