Good or better condition. Card most likely is in better shape than that but don't want to overhype it as anything else so I put a conservative grade on it.

Free shipping includes the card in a top loader and will be attached to an index card which provides rigidity in the plain white envelope in which it is sent.

Any other shipping will be $1.65 and will include a top loader, bubble mailer and insurance and tracking.
