try radio shack. I hear they fix broken screens now. I think is good phone I have on myself and im still use since I got on amazon. Sound quality I can say that I don't need the beats earphone for this phone.

Does it use a Sim card? If so can you have at&t unlock it so I can use it on T-Mobile? I got a used one at a flea market but I couldn't get it unlocked because I was not the account holder on the at&t phone. And when I dropped my first windows phone and shattered the screen it didn't take long to find out that it was cheaper to buy a new phone!
