This is a new out of the box hat. it is made with rough leather on the outside, with a braded band around the rim ,of the same material, this hat could be worn by a man or a women, boy or girl, depending on your style. the size tag says small,but i think they have it marked a littlie under sized. i did my best to measure the inside rim at 21" to 22". i am selling this from a smoke free home, we a have a dog, and cats, but the hat has been in the closet since last winter. i believe in free shipping on my items, but due to the cost to mail it ,i will start a little high to cover shipping, unless you have more money than credits, thanks for looking
