These are full mint sheets of Boys Town Cinderella Seals. They have been collected in an acetate sleeve since issue and are in perfect condition. Some separation of perforations may have occurred.

what exactly does the term cinderalla mean? I'm pretty new to stamps and keep hearing this term used and have no idea what it means :)

I don't know the origin of the term Cinderella seals, but it refers to non USPS stamps printed, usually for fundraising, by any number of charitable organizations. All of my seals are old. With the use of paper mail and envelopes dwindling, I don't believe we will be seeing these types of seals much longer.
