You mention that people don't read the listing but are you familiar with the rules?
You can't relist an auction until day 10 and that is only if the winner hasn't contact you to arrange delivery/shipping of it. Then even if they have and day 10 comes due, Listia still asks you to wait another 10 days before you relist it. Asking someone to hold something for 20 days is rediculous but for some strange reason that's what they say here.
