yvw it is a beautiful skirt i have never worn this or shirt i got it from a yard sale and there is no stains on shirt on skirts

it does not have zipper it's elastic waist and the measurements for skirt is the following
waist is a 28 it says m but it does stretch and the length is 27inches hope that helps
