10 1/2 inches, and the waist to hem in the back is almost 12 inches. This is Billabongs low rise Jean mini skirt. Metal button and small zipper in front,2 pockets on the back, 2 zip pockets in front on pockets.. VERY CUTE... Pocket on top of pocket...My daughter is going to college soon and is trimming down her closet... Thought you would love to bid on it,
