Description

The listing, 4 RETRO RINGS! Silver, Turquoise and Mother of Pearl has ended.

As long as my daughter keeps clearing out her closet and continues to bring me these goodies, I'll keep listing them here for you!
Four "groovy" rings!
They are set in sterling silver, and the turquoise / mother of pearl is genuine.
The square turquoise ring is about a size 7.
The other three are about a 5.5 to size 6.
The one shaped like a flower has a broken prong -- there is a close up in the pictures.

Free your inner flower child! Happy Bidding!

-------------- THE USUAL POINTS TO PONDER -----------
➽ Shipping isn't cheap these days, and adding tracking to everything isn't making it better, which is why I split the cost of my bigger or heavier items with my fellow Listians. Please try to refrain from telling me how thoughtless I am, and I won't tell you how expensive it has been putting three kids through college, etc.

➽ Canada.
Oh, Canada. Why is it that I can ship a package to Taiwan or Spain and those packages arrive to their people days or weeks before you get yours?
Lately, it's been super slow going across your border. Do keep that in mind when bidding -- I promise it's not my fault.

➽ GIN is something I'm going to eventually play around with, but if it's not an option in the listing already -- please don't ask. Besides, by the time I get your message, someone has probably already started bidding, and then I couldn't change the listing even if I wanted to.

➽ Verify your address. Please. I'm hearing horror stories recently about scams & things, so it's for you and I to remain happy and serene out here on the web.

➽ Have fun!

Pretty! Can you get a photo of the sterling marks on them?

GOOD QUESTION! But, IF there were any marks to begin with, they've been worn off. Many of my daughters rings (and mine, actually -- at least the ones like this) were purchased on road trips in the south west at Native American stands, and I'm pretty sure these were all hand made.
I'm not a jeweler, so I'm just going with my instincts here -- they appear to be authentic because I have loads of costume jewelry that isn't silver and these look like the "real deal".

I will update this auction with that information though, because there IS always the chance that they could be some other material ... thanks for looking and asking!

Hi there :) lovely rings, actually im not sure the marks would wear off...because i dont believe these were marked to begin with, most native and southwestern sterling pieces from 1950 or back werent hallmarked, because the laws for them to mark their sterling items sterling didnt go into effect until the 1950s :) hope this helps!!! fanned and watching :)

Wow, that is some seriously bad mojo for whomever took your jewelry. I would pity the fool(s). It's terrible enough that the thieves got your goods, but that they took your turquoise & silver?! That's some gnarly frequency/bad vibration stuff for sure. *shakes head*

Well, this is a good place to start rebuilding your stash of treasures, Listia has some amazing deals! Thank you for the promise to come back and fan my little section of the universe!

It appears in the pic that the bezels holding the two turquoise stones in are bent and will require some work to repair..is that correct or am I seeing something in the pic wrong? Thx

HI! As far as I can tell the turquoise stones are pretty solidly in place -- I put a serious "close up" of these here. The only ring that will most definitely need repair is the ring that resembles a flower. There is a picture in the line up of where the base has come apart from the decorative part of the ring holding the stone.
