This is a brand new dog or cat toy. The picture says its for a dog, but my cats have one like it and love it and my dog has never played with toys and wasn't interested in it. It has a bell in it hence why I think my cats love it. This is new and from a smoke free home. If you have any questions let me know. Thank you for looking:)

I think that looks like fun...But the "our real human baby" chews on our toys, so it would have to be safe for him, too!
