Also includes the book that comes with the game, the game itself and an added bonus of ALL 3 DLC chapters!!!!! I also took a pic of the disk to show there are no smudges or scratches. I take extreme care with my games and it is as close to brand new as you can get other than freshly opening the package. This is a game you will thoroughly enjoy! Have fun in the auction! :)
